Long wait, good service Our appointment for our oil change was for 10:30 AM. We arrived at 10:00 AM. Good thing. We waited in line for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes, someone Our appointment for our oil change was for 10:30 AM. We arrived at 10:00 AM. Good thing. We waited in line for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes, someone tapped on our window and inquired if we had an appointment. We confirmed that we did. They left saying that they were real busy. They never asked our name or when we had our appointment. We continued to wait. Finally we walked into the waiting area at 10:40 AM. We were informed our car was ready at 12:30 PM. In reviewing our invoice, I discovered that the coupon I gave them when we entered had not been included in the total charge. Another wait while that was corrected. 12:45 PM we were finally pulling out of the parking lot. Comfortable surroundings for waiting. Many "advisors" in the garage area walking so fast and going nowhere! Tracking them was very entertaining while we waited. More

Home away from Home I bought my car from ScottClark and they have maintained it for me. When I go in for regular checks I bring my phone, IPad, book and enjoy the food of I bought my car from ScottClark and they have maintained it for me. When I go in for regular checks I bring my phone, IPad, book and enjoy the food offerings and talking to other customers while I wait for my Prius. It feels like a field trip.
