He didn't pressure me at all and was very thorough in explaining the important features of the car. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the details and he very patiently explained how to operate whatever I wanted to try out during the test drive. I really liked the car, especially the safety features and eco-friendliness. My son and I agreed he'd buy my Rav4 from me and I'd buy the Prius. More
