Expecting Just Reasonable Service BUT expectation TOO HIGH Bought NEW Sienna in 2013 at Scott Clark Toyota. Every service and maintenance completed there. Its been a challenge with the service department because they are quick to cut corners and cant do a good job. Everytime its something and they cant seem to get it right. It's funny how when you take your car in for service, they are more interested in selling you a NEW car instead of using that energy to fix your car properly. Having issues because they prefer to be PAID what they are asking without questioning why ... "Like a headlight BULB" would cost $95 to install. Part actual cost is $15 (with their mark up: $30) and time it takes to replace: 30 seconds. That's $65 for labor and they said "The bumper needs to come off"... Good One!! Last visit was really bad where they had our car for as long as they needed but didnt address the RECALL saying we declined when never even discussed. LIE!! This dealership is off the chain. I took the car out of there and had light bulb replaced for $18 installed. Mary, their service adviser would actually start the inspection before addressing the light bulb and let me know the inspection failed because of the light bulb being out. Wow! Genius!! They have treated our $47K investment like its a disposable piece of garbage. There comes a point in time where if you dont go back to the basics of simple, solid customer service, treating people and their investment like garbage becomes the NEW NORM. These issues have been addressed with the dealership and with their corporate and I am still waiting for a resolution. Stuart, their BRANDING MANAGER decided today to tell me on the phone that "You are OUT OF CONTROL" because I was not eating the garbage they were feeding me. Six years of dealing with this dealership and have to give them a 1 star because there is not a way to give "0" stars. More

Overall great experience Went to have my van serviced for an oil change and wound up trading it in for a later model model with less mileage.
