Vehicle correction. I think the dealership was very good in promptly helping me out fix a small problem with my vehicle. I was very pleased that I did not have to take my vehicle back on a service call. This was a very minor item so it worked out very well. In addition to the minor item we had to fix, my salesmen helped me out find a vehicle that fit all of my needs. He was very good and was extremely professional. If I do look for another vehicle in the near future, I would definitely go back and work with him. As for signing all the documentation, Christopher was very good and professional. He helped me get through things fairly quick and which I do not have a lot of time to spend the dealerships, so it went very well. the person who had helped me understand and prepare my vehicle for pickup, was extremely knowledgeable and you the area of the vehicle very well. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS GUY ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!!! I am writing you today to share the experience I had with your dealership back on June 8th of this year. Your first question might be "why did it tak I am writing you today to share the experience I had with your dealership back on June 8th of this year. Your first question might be "why did it take over a month for her to share this experience with me?" This is because I am still dumbfounded on how I was ultimately treated at your dealership. Me and my sister came in to look at cars since I had recently totaled my Honda, I had never even thought about looking at a Toyota but my sister convinced me that I needed to check out the new Camry's. So we did. We were approached by one of your sales consultants by the name of George Aponte, we expressed to him what we were in the market for and he took us up to check out the Camry of my choice. We had a great test drive with George and to my surprise I LOVED the Camry. Thus being said I also was already in love with the new Honda Accords, my love for the Honda was address with both George and your sales manager Steven Carrasquillo. I told them both upfront that I would in fact be still going to Honda to test drive the Accord that same day in hopes to make a decision between the two cars. Steven Carrasquillo then let us drive the Camry to Honda for our test dive there, he did inform us that we would have to take Mr. Aponte with us if we wanted to take the Camry to Honda. We agreed and went on our way, we test drove the Honda and came back with Mr. Aponte to talk numbers on the Camry. Mr. Carrasquillo joined us again for a rundown of the best pricing for the Camry ($33,800). I agreed that price seemed fair and that I'd like to take the night to sleep on things in hopes to come purchase that car the following Monday. It was at this point when everything changed!!!! Mr. Carrasquillo's not only made me feel really uncomfortable and pressured to purchase that same day but when I firmly told him it would not be today that I would be purchasing the car he enlightened me that I had "wasted not only his time but Mr. Aponte's time as well" I was completely shocked and mortified, I have never been talked to this way by anyone!! In addition to that statement Mr. Carrasquillo also asked me and my sister "Do you go to work for free, then why would we work for free?" It was at this point that I got up from the table and let him know that he had made my decision between the two cars that much easier and that I would not be buying the Camry at all. I felt so terrible for Mr. Aponte, Mr. Carrasquillo was the cause for him losing this sale. After returning to our cars Mr. Aponte approached us to formally apologize for the events that had just taken place. Mr. Aponte also followed up with a few text messages in the days to come to try and earn back my business, truth be told that damage had already been done by Mr. Carrasquillo. I'm am still so saddened by the events that took place that day and will never look at Scott Clark Toyota the same and again I feel so sorry that Mr. Aponte missed out on this sale, he truly did everything right as a sales consultant. Thank you for your time and I hope this gets addressed so that future customers of yours do not get treated the way me and my family were treated. I have since gone on to purchase a car through Hendrick Lexus and I'll tell you what, they absolutely know how to treat customers, Mr. Carrasquillo could take some lessons in customer service! -Katie Smollett More
