A Hummer of a deal! My wife and I were looking for a "unicorn" vehicle. Specifically, a low mileage Hummer H2. These are as rare as a unicorn, but Scott Clark Toyota had My wife and I were looking for a "unicorn" vehicle. Specifically, a low mileage Hummer H2. These are as rare as a unicorn, but Scott Clark Toyota had it. When we found our 2003 H2, with only 58,000 miles, we had to check it out. We had done extensive research, but the photos and information on the dealer website sealed the deal. I reached out and was contacted by Michael Black, Internet Sales Manager. Michael was as professional as we could have asked for. He sent supplemental videos and did everything possible to ensure our 2.5 hour drive would not be wasted. When we arrived, Michael thoroughly went over the vehicle, test drove it with us, and ensured that our negotiations would be easy. Leudy Pichardo handled our paperwork and was kpre than gracious considering we kept him there 2 hours after closing. We couldn't be more satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, the staff we worked with, and the commitment to our satisfaction. Job well done! I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota! More

Bi-yearly checkup and inspection. Good communication about service. service was done quickly. Intake was very slow, about 25 minutes in line before handing the car over. My recent service visit was a very disappointing experience! Previous visits to this dealer have been very good. However, my recent visit of August 29, 2019 was a e bad experience form the very beginning. I had Previous visits to this dealer have been very good. However, my recent visit of August 29, 2019 was a e bad experience form the very beginning. I had aa 10:30 appointment, arrived at 10:00 and waited in the service receiving lane for just over 30 minutes. A greeter welcomed me but had no effect in obtaining a service person. My main service reason was for an Auto Butler service. I asked about the time length for this service as in the past it has varied from over 4. hours to just 1 hour. I needed ti know th time frame in order to determine whether or not have two other items checked, i.e.-a possible A/C problem and a concern about the gas tank gauge. I was told these could be addressed and completed by mid afternoon. I was then detained for over 1/3 hour in the rental dept as there was a problem with not having a auto available for me even though I had reserved one when I made my appointment earlier in the week. At 4:45 I called to check the status of my Rav4 and was told it was finished. I explained it was not possible for me to pick the vehicle up because of a 6:00 o'clock appointment. I did not. have time to drive from South Carolina to the dealer as it was rush hour and I could not meet my 6:00 commitment and that I would pick it up in the morning of 8/30. On 8/30 I waited a reasonable time but when the vehicle was brought to me, the driver side was covered with mud splatters. The car was washed again but after more examination, I discovered several items that were very poorly cleaned inside as well as on the exterior. Previously, I had been very satisfied with the Auto Butler service so this time it was very distressing. The employee who brought the vehicle to me could not possibly have missed the mud splatter because it covered the windshield as well as the left side of the car. I was surprised he did not take care of the situation before he brought the car to me. In addition, I had discussed a gas gauge problem with the service manager who told me that I had a 12 gallon gas tank and not a 15.6 as noted in the manual. (I confirmed the 15.5 gas tank capacity with another dealer just before writing this message.) The service ticket noted that the A/C problem had been fixed and that the gas gauge had been addressed, but I could not determine what was actually done to the gauge. Time will tell me if the A/C problem was corrected. More
