Recommend 100% This was by far the easiest group of people I have EVER had to deal with while purchasing a vehicle. Paul was fantastic and was very patient with me. He had genuine intentions of helping me purchase a vehicle that was up to my expectations. The finance manager, James was also very patient with me and kept me very informed of everything that I was signing. I had so many questions and they both answered them with no hesitation or annoyance. I appreciate their work ethics and recommend Paul and James to help you based on my experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I had to wait an hour to see the finance manager after deciding I was going to purchase my vehicle. I then learned they were short staffed for that day. Although the wait was long, I was constantly being checked on and offered something to drink which helped me understand that though I was waiting, they were still attentive to me. I truly appreciated that about everyone there! More
