Smooth Sailing with Paul I was forced to make a relatively quick purchase of an automobile. With little time to research and finding very few cars that fit our specifica I was forced to make a relatively quick purchase of an automobile. With little time to research and finding very few cars that fit our specifications, Paul helped out with a car that we reluctantly thought would be OK. After agreeing (the dealership put the car on hold for us for 2 days) we reneged, thinking that we could find a car that better fit us. Paul was completely accepting of this. We spent almost two weeks researching for "the car" we wanted....finally expanding our search radius to 100 miles. Still we were not only not finding what we wanted, but dealt with a few instances of very poor customer service from other Charlotte Toyota dealerships. Going back to Clark with a wider range of possible cars, we had Paul help us get into one. His knowledge regarding these cars is impressive. He was absolutely as helpful as possible, even to the extent of co-parenting the kids while we were going through the test drives, paperwork and wait times. He is stellar. And all this after we "burned" him by not initially buying a car we agreed to and him taking off the market for us. I feel that going to a dealership usually involves paying a premium for the extra service that you receive. In the case of Paul Moore it is well worth it. More
