Not a Trustworthy Dealership I purchased a 2015 Highlander with a platinum warranty package from Scott Clark. During the initial walkthrough we found that the moulding on the bac I purchased a 2015 Highlander with a platinum warranty package from Scott Clark. During the initial walkthrough we found that the moulding on the back door was loose. During my first service call Scott Clark supposedly fixed the moulding. A few months later I noticed the moulding was loose again. Scott Clark indicated that it needed to be replaced and my warranty didn't cover it. After explaining that this was an issue that was supposed to be fixed when I bought the car, they brought this to the attention of my sales person. He approved paying for the part ($29) if I paid for the labor ($50). Don't confuse this dealership with one that will stand behind their products they sell or the work they have done. To get my oil changed and look at the moulding to order the necessary part took 5 hours at the dealership. Kevin was helpful but not empowered to solve the issue. More
