Had to wait for over an hour to get into finance office. Agreed to the deal on a Monday after a test drive on Sunday.. Agreed to pick up my new purchase the next Monday. They knew I was coming. Got to the dealership around 12:30 and didn't leave til after 3. Nothing tricky about my deal. I have a great credit score, I had all my documents including title to my trade, registration, insurance card. My trade was completely cleared out before I got to the dealership so no switching personal effects issues. In fact, I filled out a credit app online sent to me via email from my sales rep and when I got to the dealership had to hand write a paper app? It's not just Scott Clark Toyota that has this issue. I only have had 1 quick check out experience. Why are dealerships so bad at the check out part? Should have been done in 30 minutes. I had things to do. More
