Our 2018 Camry without warning would not start. Luckily we were parked in our driveway. We had it towed to the dealership. When we arrived the receptionist did not have the key. Long story short a manager found the key after a lengthy search. We received no paperwork or a simple apology for the failure to have our car ready for pickup. More

I'm not as happy with Scott Clark Service as I used to be. My Oct 2019 visit was for both an oil change and to correct squeaky brakes, which I specifically cited in my request. I was told the back brakes be. My Oct 2019 visit was for both an oil change and to correct squeaky brakes, which I specifically cited in my request. I was told the back brakes needed replacement, but front were only half worn. Based on their assessment, I had that done. The day I left my brakes were still squeaking. I gave it a few weeks and called back. It squeaked everyday. I was told to bring it back in, maybe the front had glazing. Why wasn't that addressed the first time, when I took off work to have the squeaking fixed!!! Plus, lately they continue to tell me to fix old issues they previously noted, even when I've had it fixed at another place, like they didn't even assess it again. When I point that out, I'm just told, "Well, the technician says it still needs fixing.". I'm not paying twice and I don't feel like they're doing their part correctly anymore. I get the sense they just need to churn out tons of people for the day. I likely will not return to them going forward. I ended up having the front brakes replaced at another servicer, who told me they were worn to just 10% left. No more squeaking now. More

The deal was ok. Said car would be done Monday.
