This particular visit was a bit exasperating in that it took over 3 hours to have a tire replaced and an alignment done. Mohammed Dani was the agent and he was wonderful and was caught in the middle of a bad situation. The insurance company (tire was bursted) was giving him a hard time. I was doing likewise after a while in that I don't drive at night and it was getting late in the afternoon and I had almost an hour to drive home. Again, Mohammed was very apologetic and it was not his fault. I just felt that it was an unusual amount of time to have one tire replaced and an alignment done. May I suggest that you not schedule so many appointments and take care of those you do have in a more timely manner? Otherwise, all was well. More
