I was told by Toyota to get in touch with my dealership. Scott Clark is my dealership. When I took my vehicle back for its most recent service I was told that if Toyota considered a recall important enough they issued loaners to customers so that they would feel safe driving. I am wondering what constitutes "important enough" if this doesn't considering the fact that my daughter drives the car. I spoke to a service rep at Scott Clark who basically said we are out of luck before we were "disconnected". More
