Great Personnel. Mike Delanty was the person that sold me the Truck. My experience was very unsatisfactory. I arrived at 9:30am & car was not ready until the following day. And I received no status reports. I have been a customer of Scott Clark's Toyota City since 2007. I was a never a fan of dealer service departments. Not true with Scott Clark.
