Took them 5 hours to change oil, rotate tires and do state inspection. I had an appointment for Saturday at 9am. Some people coming at 10 were gone way before me. Was told initially that it was a 2 hour state inspection. I had an appointment for Saturday at 9am. Some people coming at 10 were gone way before me. Was told initially that it was a 2 hour wait. Now, they did not reset the oil change reminder on my Lexus either. What did they do? Not happy. More
