I had a 215 appointment to have oil changed and a state inspection done on my work truck. I arrived at 2 pm at 436 Scott Clark was finished with my truck. Over 2 hours to do what should have been done in inspection done on my work truck. I arrived at 2 pm at 436 Scott Clark was finished with my truck. Over 2 hours to do what should have been done in less than an hour. Then they didn’t wash my truck like they said they would or disinfect the inside like the paperwork said they did. I went there due to this being a fleet truck and I live in Monroe. I will not be back. I will go to Charlotte next time. More
They replied to the initial email and said the car was available. When I arrived that evening, I was told the car was no longer available. We purchased another car and was told it would be delivered in available. When I arrived that evening, I was told the car was no longer available. We purchased another car and was told it would be delivered in 1-2 days. We were then informed on the third day that that car was no longer available. That was over a week ago and we are still waiting to see if the third car will come through. I called today and the operator could not locate anyone with knowledge of the status of the delivery so I am not optimistic. More
It took awhile to get a service person to take my auto. They had people all over the place but nobody acknowledged me. I tho went to another service desk and the person took care of me! More

Always great service. I can count on these guys to be fair and honest. They never try to sell you more than is needed.
