Pros: My service tech Caitlyn was helpful and nice. She listened to me about the service that I needed and communicated very well with the mechanics to solve the problem I was having with my cooling fa She listened to me about the service that I needed and communicated very well with the mechanics to solve the problem I was having with my cooling fan. The service was done on time and the new fan is working great so far. Cons: There's not enough employees working in the service department. I waited a while before anyone helped me. (I know all businesses are short-short everywhere though) Cooling Fan repair was over a thousand dollars. I feel like that was way too high of a price. More

Was there two days ago for oil change. They also rotated tires. 24 hours later the message on my dash said "check tire pressure." The tires all appeared to be inflated, so drove one mil They also rotated tires. 24 hours later the message on my dash said "check tire pressure." The tires all appeared to be inflated, so drove one mile to my local AAA store. A kind gentleman there graciously checked all 4 tires and found all of them low. The dash message went away. So what happened to that "multi-point inspection" that is supposed to be performed at each visit? It has evidently disappeared, and I’m extremely disappointed in the service. More
