Maximum Satisfaction I purchased my 2012 nissan maxima from Northlake mercedes , when I drove , I came to find out that the drives power seat adjustment panel was broken. I purchased my 2012 nissan maxima from Northlake mercedes , when I drove , I came to find out that the drives power seat adjustment panel was broken.l took the car back the next day and they sent me to MODERN NISSAN because it was still under nissan waranty. Modern told me I had to pay for it replacement. I left and called Scott Clark and Ronnie Taylor told me to bring the car the next day to be checked out. To my surprise he told me it was under waranty. Ronnie ordered the part and when it came in. he called me and I brought the car to be fixed.This is the kind of service person I will always attend to.Thank you Ronnie Taylor. Great Service Advisor Jamie McClain- Service Advisor was EXCELLENT!!! He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and he made sure Jamie McClain- Service Advisor was EXCELLENT!!! He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and he made sure to manage my expectations on how long the service would take. I was with my baby and had a lot of stuff with me (stroller, bags, etc.). Jamie helped me load & unload my car and even drove the courtesy shuttle to the local shops. I felt like a valued customer and I greatly appreciate it. Your music was way too jumpy, and I needed quiet to read and work while I waited 2 hours for my service. You guys do a great job with food and snacks. Please install a quiet area without the TV and radio and make it no kids allowed. More

I usually go to Midas for my oil changes but was told because of my after market bumper they couldn't do it. I went to Scott Clark Nissan and was greeted by Jacob, he was very nice and pleasant to deal w because of my after market bumper they couldn't do it. I went to Scott Clark Nissan and was greeted by Jacob, he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He said there was no reason someone couldn't change my oil and went the extra step to make sure my aftermarket body part were not damaged. I will be going back and requesting Jake for any future oil changes/service. More
