Routine Service Turned In A Nightmare I am truly sickened by Scott Clark Nissan. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my e I am truly sickened by Scott Clark Nissan. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. I have a BASIC service need (air leaking from 3 of my tires) and instead of listening to my concerns as the consumer (and addressing them), Nissan service was quick to look at my vehicle and even quicker to get me out of the door ...stating that there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. With 20+ years in the corporate industry (with a Ph.D.) I would think that I have some good sense to know when there is a problem with my vehicle; however, Scott Clark Nissan failed to listed even after I brought my vehicle into their service department on 3 separate occasions. During the 3rd visit, I was so annoyed by their unprofessionalism and failure to listen to my concerns I INSISTED that they take the vehicle back and spend quality time inspecting my tires. After 10 minutes, the advisor came back to me and stated that one of the valves/stems was broken and they also found a nail. I was outraged that it took 3 services visits along with my demanding to thoroughly inspect my vehicle...before they could identify the problem. After addressing these issues, the service team continued to insist that there were no other issues with my tires but I knew this was not the case and since they continued to dismiss my concerns I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs (which I would advise to all customers who experience such poor customer service). CA advised that I take my vehicle to another dealership for one final inspection (before any action was taken on their part). I agreed to take my vehicle to Gastonia Nissan and I must admit I was PLEASANTLY pleased!! The service advisor Robert Reynolds was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and more importantly, he LISTENED to my concerns and addressed them. Not only did his service techs perform a thorough inspection of my vehicle, but they found another nail located in one of the tires which I had advised to Scott Clark was still leaking air. Additionally, the Gastonia team recommended filling my tires with nitrogen (which they did) and further advised me of a recall on my 2013 SUV - - something that Scott Clark DID NOT EVEN MENTION TO ME AND SHOULD HAVE. I ask, what kind of dealership fails to advise/address a recalled item?? This, coupled with the WORST customer service is the reason why I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and especially why I will NEVER return. I will also post this feedback on every site I can to warn other consumers of my experience with Scott Clark. I want this dealership to know that despite their attempts to claim that they are the "all new" Scott Clark Nissan, they truly need to learn the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. (additional note: I attempted to connect with the General Manager to discuss my concerns. A service advisor confirmed that he relayed my message but I never received a return call. ROUTINE SERVICE It was my first time visiting this dealership service department. As soon as I pulled up there was someone cordially greeting me and asking how I was It was my first time visiting this dealership service department. I told him that I needed an oil change and tire rotation if it was not too late in the day and if they had a spot available. He immediately consulted Bobby and before I knew it, the order was wrote up and I was escorted to the waiting area. I was prepared for a long wait, however it was quite the opposite!! Even the cashier, unfortunately I do not remember her name (a beautiful African American "maturer" lady), was extremely friendly and advised me of the reward program and the different ways it could be used. I was very satisfied with all services I received that day and walked out with an extra smile in my face:). In summary, "first impressions are lasting impressions" and me completing this survey (which I normally don't comple surveys) is a true sign of how I was impressed. More

Service Call- evaluate leak Michael Redwine, Service Dept was so very helpful as he squeezed me in same day to evaluate my daughter's car. Excellent Service.......Finally! I've had my share of less than stellar service at South Blvd Nissan in the past. My a/c on my 2013 Nissan recently died so I had no choice but to brin I've had my share of less than stellar service at South Blvd Nissan in the past. My a/c on my 2013 Nissan recently died so I had no choice but to bring it in to be serviced. I was provided a loaner vehicle and Bobby contacted me throughout the day to let me know the status on my vehicle. If this is the kind of service that Scott Clark Nissan offers now than I will be more than happy to bring my car back in the near future for other service needs. More

The first week of ownership there was a problem with the sunroof, we brought it to Scott Clark Nissan and Alfredo' Took care of the issue very quickly and send us on our way. This week we brought the hardware for the towing package that the other dealer was supposed to install for us but didn't, and again Alfredo came to the rescue. Alfredo and his team are a shining example of what customer service should be. Thank you again Scott Clark Nissan. More
