George & His Team George is fantastic! When he says he will take care of you he means it! I purchased a car from George about 2 months ago, he worked his hardest to get George is fantastic! When he says he will take care of you he means it! I purchased a car from George about 2 months ago, he worked his hardest to get me out of there in the car I wanted. I had a trade in with negative equity and still got me out of there with the same payment amount. Today we noticed that the 2 front tires were bald. I called up George and came in to have it looked at. He not only knew me but went and looked at the tires with Glenn personally. They came back with great news that they would take care of them for me right then and there- no charge!! They also fueled the car up and a wash! Not only do they take care of you they stick to their word. I know I can give this team a call and they will accommodate for me. No matter what I know I can get taken care of at Scott Clark by George, Victoria, Brandon, Austin and Glenn. Thank you for taking care of my family! More

A most recent situation in the service dept. When my truck was delivered to me, the driver, before he left had prayer with me, that God Bless my purchase. It has been some scary moments within my experience. Overall every situation has been worked out! I am also grateful for Mr. Stuart Phelps. When my faith became low due to a service issue, Mr. Phelps reached out to me, using professional and kind spirit. He was a great listener, knowledge in the product and services of my truck, he knew how to handle both company information and customers concern. Mr. Stuart is a perfect representative for The Scott Clark Honda company. Yet, I gained faith in who I trusted to do business with from the beginning. In this car buying experience, I've learned that in every situation there will be trials. But I will also agree that having faith always works! Thank you Mr. Stuart Phelps for not ignoring me. Being a real estate agent I am always sizing up other people’s service and people skills. I visited this week for a routine oil change and I was incredibly impressed with Chris Whiteman in their service department! Even though it was obvious that they were very busy at the time, Chris took the time to sit with me and review my car’s maintenance needs and work on setting up a time for a future visit. Most importantly he was respectful of my time constraints and had me on the road in time to make my next appointment! Excellent Customer Service I purchased my new Odyssey 3 years ago and since then I have received excellent support and service. I had an issue yesterday and Shukla, Robbie and J I purchased my new Odyssey 3 years ago and since then I have received excellent support and service. I had an issue yesterday and Shukla, Robbie and JB resolved my issue and I can't say anything except EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, the kids loved their lobby area as I worked while we waited. They have an onsite café which is perfect to those who have to stay and wait for their vehicle. Super friendly and supportive staff. Once again big shout out to Shukla, Robbie and JB! I also own a Toyota and receive unbelievable service from both Scott Clark locations Justin at Toyota is my point of contact in service and he rocks too. Excellent service at both locations. Highly recommend! More
Jimmy Bass is outstanding, excellent service I bought over the years 6 various New Honda's a mix of Civic, Accord, Pilots, Odyssey and 2 used Accords for my kids and Jimmy has been there for year I bought over the years 6 various New Honda's a mix of Civic, Accord, Pilots, Odyssey and 2 used Accords for my kids and Jimmy has been there for years taking care of my vehicles, I missed his excellent customer service the short time he was away and so happy he returned! I have to drive out of state a lot and I have never broken down (knock on wood) Jimmy and the service department staff always keep me informed about the future needs or preventative service's which keep me safely on the road. I have an Autistic son and when he is with me Jimmy is really good about getting my service time wait as short as possible. He knows without saying anything that my hands are full and I appreciate the extra time / effort he gives in his service which is why I only shop and service my cars at this Dealership. Quality service matters to this Mom! I feel like a member of the Dealership family and not just another nameless customer. More

Great Dealership & Excellent Service Department Had a great experience with the dealership. We bought a used Honda Odyssey & was contacted a couple weeks later stating that they needed us to bring Had a great experience with the dealership. We bought a used Honda Odyssey & was contacted a couple weeks later stating that they needed us to bring the car in to fix a recall. Since we live in another state, we made accommodations to spend the night. We dropped the car off on Friday & was told by the Service Director Jimmy Bass that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight so they could work on it the next day. He went above & beyond to accommodate us, as he gave us a loaner vehicle to use until we returned the next day. The service was fabulous and Jimmy was so very kind & helpful. My family was quite impressed! We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles from them! More
Scammed me out of my money!!! My car would not start took it there for service and was told it was bad gas. They did not save the gas and I had the gas tested. It came back that the gas was fine and this dealership charged me $693.39 when the parts were only $35.00. I also did not authorize them to fix it especially when it should have been figured out diagnostically!! I tried to speak to the manager and was not able to and then I called the corporate office and they basically told me that they stood by their service dept. Really without proof and I had proof. So nevertheless I will never go there again for anything and I have told people I know to not go there for anything. I want my money back because I feel I was scammed. Also contacted my lawyer because one way or another I will get my money back!! More
Disappointed. What's the point of making an appointment? #disappointed Made an appointment for the recall at 8 AM today. Got the car around 11:30 was told it was a 2 -2.5 hr timeframe. Alright I understand that and it's the week before a holiday so it's busy and crunch time...but it seemed like it was first come first serve and not sure if they went by the schedule.... Because the guy didn't seem to confirm it with me in the system....Also I could tell this guy was having a bad day. Brought up my concern at 11 am for wait time. Shocked by interaction as I was rudely dismissed. It was just a concern for time and it was just a conversation. I could tell this guys was upset but we're all human. It's just a conversation no need to be dismissive. He called me when ready "I paged you, called you and left a voicemail." "I told him I didn't hear the page and I'm in the lobby" I came out and showed him no voicemail. His response "I didn't call you then" and walked off. Didn't go over the report and found out on my own that I needed an alignment. Also paper work shows work order created at 10 AM... Not at 8 :( Hope this guy has a better day. I hope Scott Clark company genuinely takes this feedback as constructional training for your employees and a way to improve scheduling and turn around times....for your customers because I felt today you all didn't live up to your end of your motto to "Take care of the customer". More
