Service was efficient, fast and thorough. I was met by service rep, Steve, immediately when I arrived. He listened to my amy added requests in addition to the standard oil change. Friendly and not intimidating I was very impressed by how efficient the staff were and how comfortable they made me feel -- no awkward standing around figuring out who to approach; I was very impressed by how efficient the staff were and how comfortable they made me feel -- no awkward standing around figuring out who to approach; straightforward cost estimates (with some discounts offered); recommendations about how to proceed with other items that needed attention; and the fellow that drove the shuttle was very cordial and interesting to talk to! The Human Resources Dept should be congratulating for hiring staff with such good social skills and encouraging staff to use those skills. Technically, all seems to be working properly. More
