I towed my Honda Civic to Scott Clark Honda on 8/24/2020 and my service advisor Louis James and All of the service crew were so HONEST!!! My car was stalling VERY BAD and kept cutting off. I told Louis and my service advisor Louis James and All of the service crew were so HONEST!!! My car was stalling VERY BAD and kept cutting off. I told Louis that I thought that I might have gotten some bad fuel because it didn't happen until I filled up. I asked about dropping the fuel tank and all kinds of things. Louis was VERY nice AND polite and told me that the car would be checked out and he would call me back and let me know what the issue was. He called me back in a very timely manner and he informed me (short story) that a LEAF had blown under my hood and was blocking a sensitive part and that I could come and pick my car up , it was running fine AND the charge would be $0!!!! I think this might be the first time EVER that I've encountered a place that "repairs vehicles" and makes money off of what they tell you and also me being a woman who knew NOTHING about the car, that Everyone was COMPLETELY HONEST and didn't just "make up" something so that they could make some money. I am DEFINITELY a customer of Scott Clark Honda from this point on. I have told all of my family and friends that if they have problems with their vehicle and want an HONEST repair shop, go to Scott Clark Honda on Independence Blvd. I usually do not write reviews but for Louis and the Entire Scott Clark Honda crew to have possibly saved me hundreds of dollars from being so honest, I had to write one.
