I really wanted the 2017 HR-V. So, the sales manager: Chad Fickert worked diligently to satisfied me. My original salesperson: JR Difalco was excellent, too. But, I was a woman who was difficult to please to say the least. Chad promised me that when a 2017 HR-V arrives it's mine. 3 months later, several trips back to SCH and 10,000miles later.. It came a brand new 2017 Honda HR-V still wrapped in plastic. And, no matter how many times I came back the young lady at the front desk Ms Samantha Pierre alwayed greeted me with a warm Southern Smile and hospitality. Sales Manager: Chad Fickert along with a new young salesman Brandon Ferguson took care of me and my mother with Kid-Gloves. Making sure that when I drive off this time in my shiny black new 2017 Honda HR-V EX-L NAVI AWD that I was happy and satisfied. And, I was.. grinning from ear to ear like a kid on xmas day.
