Outstanding Customer Service and Wonderful Experience We purchased a used vehicle and George Billet and his team did a remarkable job taking care of us and ensuring everything was to our liking. Our first inquiry was over the internet and after speaking with a member of the sales team, they texted a video of the car reviewing features specific to our request. Upon arrival, the car had been pulled out of the rainy weather for our inspection and ready for a test drive. Once we decided to make the purchase, our salesperson worked very aggressively to negotiate a price and trade-in that exceeded our expectations as well as a few other terms specific to the car. When we drove the car off the lot, it had been meticulously cleaned and filled with gas. They exceeded expectations again when making good on the "we owe" terms by thoroughly cleaning the car and re-filling it with gas - again (terms that were not agreed upon in writing). Throughout the process, George and team ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of, gave us plenty of time and didn't make us feel rushed or persuaded into a sale. Within less than a week of our purchase, they have personally followed up at least three times to make sure we are fully satisfied. I can't recommend this dealer enough and we will certainly be repeat customers. A+++ More

I made mistake of trying to work with a different dealer for this purchase. After becoming frustrated at that dealer, I called scott clark and Demario was there to save the day. I told him the circumstances and what my plan was for new car and payments. We negotiated over the phone a few times and all together it probably didnt take more than an hour. I have two small kids and live an hour away from scott clark. Demario got everything done over the phone and even had my new car delivered and trade in picked up by the following day without having to leave my home. He provided his cell number so i can get back in touch with him for any questions i may have at any time. Awesome experience. Great salesman. Great dealership. More
