Explained fully what additional mechanical process was needed. Kept me aware of how long the process would take. One thing I did notice the dealership has changed the check out procedure. Instead of being given the bill and going to a cashier to check out and pay, this has been added to the service person job duties. Not necessarily a bad idea but, it did seem to slow things down a little. More
