Service Experience - 2017/02/13 All my previous service experiences have been less than par at both Honda dealerships in Charlotte - Scott Clark and Hendrick. I was starting to thin All my previous service experiences have been less than par at both Honda dealerships in Charlotte - Scott Clark and Hendrick. I was starting to think that Honda's customer service skills were lacking at all Honda locations across the country. I have brought my vehicle to both Hendrick then Scott Clark complaining of squeaking breaks and told repeatedly (at both locations) that they just needed cleaning. After cleaning each time they still squeaked. However, the service done on my vehicle on 2/13/17 was a completely positive and refreshing experience. My service advisor, MAYANK SHUKLA, immediately discovered the issue with his tech and confirmed that the front rotors needed repair; cleaning the breaks wasn't going to get rid of the squeaking. Mayank called to keep me updated throughout the day without me having to keep calling to follow up with him (as I have done with other service advisors in the past). He thoroughly explained what the issue was with the vehicle and what needed to be corrected. If Scott Clark Honda continues to offer Mayank's level of service then I am more than happy to recommend the dealership. More

A friend recommended Scott Clarck because of JB and the sales team was very good and responsive. Finance rep. changed interest rate from the 2.49 rate on the quote sheet given by the sales rep. which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars vs. 5. The rate would've been 2.79 if I hadn't caught the error. Even when I brought to his attn. he said the best he could do was 2.54. I didn't feel well, so just let it go at that point. More
