Patience and understanding with a thorough approach I recently lost my job and have to drive from Charlotte to Houston. I took my car in to get it "road ready" without spending more than necessary. Anthony was patient and relaxing during a very stressful process. The shop got me in the day I called and got me a cheap 4 hr car rental to use while they were working on my vehicle. Every time I come to that dealer for maintance, I have been pleased with the service but Anthony was a bonus. More

The service is great and the price very reasonable I have bought my last two Honda Pilots at Scott Clark Honda and have my wife's Acura serviced there as well. They made me buy a new car ... and I like it. I was not happy with the result of an initial service visit, but when I got home, I received a call from Scott Hall and he made it right.
