Your detailing department needs to be more attentive to making the interiors clean - as I had to take the car I bought to a detailer to get the dirty seats and carpet cleaned properly. Otherwise, the whole experience with Helwig and Marcus was seamless. These people are why I continue to go back to dealerships to buy my cars. The gentleman who wrote my financing was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to make my deal a positive experience. More

Extended Warranty Fraud Salesmen lied to you in order to sell you the extended warranty program... They tell you all the things that you want to hear in order to agreed to th Salesmen lied to you in order to sell you the extended warranty program... They tell you all the things that you want to hear in order to agreed to the purchase but later down the road you learn a different story. They said that your money is guaranteed and you will get a refund if you don't use the warranty but that is a big lie. I paid $2,100 for my warranty and I never used and they are just refunding $540 dollars... They should be honest with the buyers and tell the true about the whole procedure and stop the pushing and pushing in order to obtain the sale commission. More

***Better Go To Other Honda Like Hendrick**** Rather than one a zero would be the best thing I can provide for the customer service I've received.The people over there never stand on there words. First thing is I've called the Scott Clark Honda to get pricing of the new accord and we had some conversation and we had a deal on 27K and we made an appointment to buy the car, I've never met the person I spoke over the phone and someelse showed up and then they shifted gears and said we never said we had a deal for 27K and they tried to push me on the numbers and I've returned back. Later when I returned they had called me and gave an offer for 27.8K and they've apologized for the inconvenience and said that this is valid till EOD Dec 31 . Second thing is that they've called me on 31st and they were rudely saying that this offer which we gave for 27.8k is no longer available even when I'm not interested. May people working there should have to learn how to deal with customers and stand on the words which they speak. I went to Scott Clark as referred by one of my friend and from now on I'd never refer any of my friends or Colleagues to Scott Clark may be better go to Hendrick Honda or Priority Honda for a better and loyal service More

DEFECTIVE 2019 RED HONDA ACCORD DISILLUSIONED!!!!! The same car that I purchased in August has now gone back a 6th time and 7th time. I get the car back for a week maximum maybe a DISILLUSIONED!!!!! The same car that I purchased in August has now gone back a 6th time and 7th time. I get the car back for a week maximum maybe a little more and the problem still exists. The first time I received a call from Marcus Nicholson he actually suggested I come and swich the car out with the same terms since they had been unsuccessfull in determining the problem. That meeting was setup and then I was later called that evening to say they thought they had found the problem. I went the next morning to pick my car up noticing scratches on my car and was told by a salesman that those scratches happen when someone in the service departments jacket scraps against the car when working on it. So they had to paint and order a replacement piece for the drivers door. I have to say during all this that I believe that Robbie Headly has tried to fix the issues. I had the car back for less than two weeks and the same noise in the dash has returned. At this point I'm done. I left a text message to Robbie and a phone message to Marcus Nicholson. Marcus did call me back but didn't want to honor his original offer to replace the DEFFECTIVE car and wanted to get the car back in the shop to work on it. I AM NOT happy about this and did speak about the LEMON LAW which this situations does fit the law. I spoke to an attorney and they did tell me that in NC if the same issue happens a minimum of 4 times it can be considered "LEMON LAW". SO, EVERY PAYMENT I'VE MADE ON THIS 2019 HONDA ACCORD HAS BEEN WITH THE DEFECT AND IN AND OUT OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. While I do appreciate the service department trying to continue to find the problem I feel SCOTT CLARK HONDA should replace the defective car. In my conversation to Marcus Nicholson, after this many times how long is it acceptable to play this song and dance and expect me to pay this much for a car that OBVIOUSLY has a problem? I really hope this can be resolved and I don't have to take this further. SCOTT CLARK has a reputation that I would think he'd like to be proud of. Donna Richardson More
Honestly, I had no luck with this dealer...took my wife odyssey for wheels alignment in July..2nd row seat (and baby seat) got removed and never put it back (no biggie, I put em back myself ) came back for odyssey for wheels alignment in July..2nd row seat (and baby seat) got removed and never put it back (no biggie, I put em back myself ) came back for oil changed and axle replaced...On the way home (30 minutes roughly) I heard some throttle/intake noises...popped up the hood and there it is...the air filter box left opened sitting nearly sideways...pretty sure lots of sh?t sucked in the manifold...think I’m done. BOL More
