The Used Car Sales Manager and the Salesperson assured me the car advertised online was in still in inventory after the financing deal fell through the previous week. I drove two hours and arrived checkbook in hand. The car waiting for me to test drive was not what was advertised. Management finally confessed they couldn’t find the car – it might have been stolen. Tone deaf to the inconvenience they caused me, they said, we have lots of cars on the lot, just look around. I wouldn’t trust them to sell me a quality car. I bought elsewhere. More
