My experience purchasing from Crown Honda of Charlotte was as close to perfect as they come. On the lot I was met by a great sales staff and a finance team that was hands down more helpful then any of th was as close to perfect as they come. On the lot I was met by a great sales staff and a finance team that was hands down more helpful then any of the previous dealerships I had visited with. In purchasing my 4-Runner I felt that all vehicle information was explained in it's entirety and there were not any hidden elements to the deal. The finance team explained all options that were available and listened to my expectations. All together this was one of the easiest and most comfortable automobile purchases that I have ever had. More

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I spent SIX HOURS NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I spent SIX HOURS at Crown because I had purchased my last Honda from this dealership and wanted to remain in t NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I spent SIX HOURS at Crown because I had purchased my last Honda from this dealership and wanted to remain in their "family". I walked in at 3 on a Saturday afternoon, negotiated an agreed upon price after 3 hours and was going to purchase a new Honda. My Husband and I then sat in the dealership for another 2 hours waiting for all the paperwork and to get the new car ready. I had gotten a babysitter for the day, spent the entire afternoon and part of the night at this dealership. The last piece of paperwork they handed me had the total finance amount and it was $2,279 dollars more than the agreed upon "out the door" total. When I inquired about this, the manager came back to an office with me and said, "Ya'll don't have any guns or knives on you do ya?" The managers added my previous payoff amount back into the loan and thought I wouldn't notice! It was made VERY clear, from the time I entered the dealership that I had $2,279 left on my Honda. My vehicle was financed through Honda and this new one would be through Honda. They knew exactly what they were doing. The manager claimed that the dealership added the loan back to ther first vehicle I was looking at there and "forgot" to add it to this one!!!!!!!!!! SIX hours in this dealership and then he told me he would come off $500 and that was all!!! That is a BIG difference. He told me he would fill up my old Honda (which was half full anyway) for any INCONVIENCE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

He nicely explained all the features of the van.All of the Crown Honda associates that we met were extremely friendly (incuding Sale Manager Steve) and they treated us with the upmost respect.They beat the best deal we were previously offered, they deliverd on every promise they made via email & phone conversations. They made the process simple, honest and straight forward. We would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. More
