I purchased my vehicle on 11/30/11. Sales staff were extremely helpful and great to work with. However, I live in South Carolina and when I purchased the vehicle and transferred the tag from my old extremely helpful and great to work with. However, I live in South Carolina and when I purchased the vehicle and transferred the tag from my old car to the new one the dealership filled out the title application for North Carolina, NOT the one for South Carolina. I accept some of the responsibility for it almost being past the 45 days you are given to register a car in South Carolina because I should have called before now to find out what was going on. Pay attention to ALL forms you are signing when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, had I been paying attention this would have been caught before now I am sure. A.M. More

I started dealing with Matt by email and after meeting him and taking a test drive we were alrea Honda and their sales representative Matt Hatfield. I started dealing with Matt by email and after meeting him and taking a test drive we were already impressed with him and the Odyssey. We did drive the Sienna and felt they were very comparable to each other. We decided we liked the Odyssey a little better so we gave Matt the first shot at our business. He really worked with us to get all the amenities we wanted, a very high trade in for our car, and the price on the Odyssey we needed. He even followed me back to my house so my wife could sign the paperwork as we just had twin boys. I would recommend Matt and Scott Clark Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their customer service and willingness to work with me to get me exactly what i wanted made my decision to purchase a Honda over a Toyota an easier one. Brian Judkins More

Dealer would not come down on price and said because the vehicle was Crown certified not to have any problems and I would not get that certification if I went to another dealer with a lower price. Three da vehicle was Crown certified not to have any problems and I would not get that certification if I went to another dealer with a lower price. Three days after I purchased the car the brakes stopped working and all the dashboard warning lights came on. Had to have the car towed in and in the process my son got a DVD stuck in the player. I thought surely they would not charge to retrieve the DVD since we had already had problems with the car, but they did. Before I purchased the car, I asked for a scratch to be repared and it looked like they just scrapped it with a screw driver and applied some paint, they did say I could bring it back in for a more experience body work person to look at it. One set of keys stopped working and the other only unlocks the doors. I was suppose to be getting a new tag and today just got a call that they did not know what they were suppose to do, new tag or renew old tag. More

Salesman was too pushy and would not take no for an answer. I will never go to Crown Honda again. Salesman was only out to make money even if customer was unhappy with the car.
