The purchase price was arrived at over the internet and phone conversations and the quoted trade value for the 2007 Odyssey was above "book " and held when when I brought the car in for appraisal . He and Phillip answered all my questions. Since this car is being purchased for my daughter, I have to wait on her input, but we will be making a decision shortly. I have to say that Steve must be an excellent producer since he followed up immediately by Internet and Phone to keep us thinking about this decision. I really don't mind.
