Called at 10:00 in the morning to purchase a vehicle from out of town. Gave all the information needed for down payment and credit application. Staff at Scott Clark gave me the run around ALL DAY! I was calling them to check on the progress throughout the day and probably called them around 10 times to see how it was going. The only phone call I received from them was at 4:00 to tell me that someone else had come in and purchased the vehicle. They were shady and gave me the run around on purpose so that they didn't have to "DEAL" with doing a purchase with someone out of town. If Scott Clark Honda can't run a credit check and/or credit card over the phone I am HIGHLY concerned with their skills as a dealership! This was a TERRIBLE experience that literally took ALL day and resulted in nothing. Do not deal with these shady people regardless of their low prices. They are terrible. More
Bought a new 2012 Odyssey EX-L last night. I originally had trouble with some missunderstandings regarding the deal I agreed to on the phone. Bryan Jackson worked very hard to make it right; and the dealer had trouble with some missunderstandings regarding the deal I agreed to on the phone. I did not want my car to be financed with Wells Fargo. I was told that things could not change because they had already received the cash for the car I purchased which was no more than 24 hours after I sign was told that things could not change because they had already received the cash for the car I purchased which was no more than 24 hours after I signed the contract. I asked to speak with the General manager and he has yet to contact me. I feel I was railroaded once I hit the finance person and everything has gone down hill from then. I have asked for changes and was told that they could not be changed. I can not believe that they are not "there" to please their customer. I have contacted my lawyer and so Scott Clark's Honda will have to deal with him. Currently my interest rate has not been what Honda would have offered me and the years for me to pay off my car was written up to be 75 months! NOT GOOD!!!! June 15 Met with General Manager and he was able to offer the Honda Financing Loan to me as I wished. My interest rate with Honda is within an acceptable range now. Thank you Randy. More
Made inquiry on the internet Heard from Angel the next day. She invited me down I went didnt see anything i liked and Angel was with another customer but iwas helped by a wonderful saleslady and when i day. She invited me down I went didnt see anything i liked and Angel was with another customer but iwas helped by a wonderful saleslady and when i told her i didnt see anything i liked and i left ..Not to long after i arrived home I recieved a call from Angel who invited me back so iwent just to tell her i didnt see anything that caught my attention ..Before the morning was done not only had Angel put me ia 2012 Odyssey she got the payments and terms to my sastifaction she never gave up ..what a wonderful Saleslady to work with i was so much in a rush i have to bring my Honda back this coming Saturday so they can introduce me how everything works and to get it detaled.I will never forget the kindness and respect I got a Scott Clark Honda I recommend it highly More
I went Friday to the dealership just to check the price of the 2012 Honda Pilot EX so I can compare it with other dealership. I ended up doing a test drive with my son. I stayed there for more than 3 hours of the 2012 Honda Pilot EX so I can compare it with other dealership. I ended up doing a test drive with my son. I stayed there for more than 3 hours. There was a lot of pressure. At first, he told me that I will walk out with a $17,000 value trade-in for my vehicle if I decide to get the vehicle that night. It ended up different to a $16,000 which is a disappointment for me. I really didn't like the color of the one they're offering me. I told him that I will discuss the things with my wife. I went back the next day to ask for additional accessories to the vehicle for free. I didn't get those accessories. The sales person even gave me false information about the one I purchased. He told me that it has a hands free system that when I say "play" the music will actually play. I found out few days later that I really didn't have that feature. The sales person told me to refer him to my friend. My friend actually bought the 2012 Pilot EX-L three days after I told him to get one. However, he got it from a different dealership. He got the best deal compared to mine. He even got the additional accessories for free such as roof rails with cross bar (I have to pay $299 just to get the roof rails), and premium chrome running board and the color that they want. Overall, I am unhappy with my purchase and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. I might recommend the other one for the great deals they offer. I also tried to talk to their general manager to see if I can upgrade to the EX-L instead. During our conversation, he was in control and didn't even bother to hear me or work things out. I felt so judged and labeled while the general manager was talking to me. The general manager made my OVERALL EXPERIENCE the worst. He sounds friendly at first but beware of how he will treat you. I do not recommend that you talk to him too. More

David Rucker was our sales guy and I'm SOOOOOOO glad that he was. We started off e-mailing each other and I selected his dealership simply based on how NICE and funny he was. I just purchased a 2012 Odyssey from Dave Rucker via Internet and it was by far the best and easiest buying experience in 56 years of buying cars . He and the rest of the staff that I dealt with were very efficient , made much information on assessories and extended warrenties ,etc available but did not push or pressure us to purchase anything extra . The purchase price was arrived at over the internet and phone conversations and the quoted trade value for the 2007 Odyssey was above "book " and held when when I brought the car in for appraisal . The entire process at the dealer took about 2 hours and we drove with a new car as a VERY SATISFIED customer More
