If we seemed confused or unsure, they listened to our concerns and further explained details, paperwork, car interior options, etc 4) We had two VERY hungry young children and they were tolerated/treated very well too. 5) By settling on price prior to getting there, I firmly believe we saved 30-60 min and possibly a 120 mile round-trip. My radio stopped working so when I pulled into the dealership, I asked the young man (Timbo Black) on the lot if he knew what was wrong with it. He asked me a few questions and found out that my batte dealership, I asked the young man (Timbo Black) on the lot if he knew what was wrong with it. He asked me a few questions and found out that my battery went dead the previous day and immediately showed me where the code was in the glove compartment for resetting it. He was friendly,super helpful and made sure that I understood and knew how to reset it If it happens again. I was back on the road and listening to my radio in a matter of minutes!
