I was visiting a friend in Charlotte NC when I suddenly had trouble starting my car. I took it to Scott Clark Honda where I met a lady by the name of Adelene Kirby. They quickly took my car in and it was d had trouble starting my car. I took it to Scott Clark Honda where I met a lady by the name of Adelene Kirby. They quickly took my car in and it was determined that the alternator needed replaced. Adelene then told me it shouldn't take too long since they ere not too busy. The car was fixed and the price was reasonable. She keep updating me during the process keeping me from wondering what was going on or guessing on the progress. More

This dealership's staff is proficient and people oriented. My salesperson, Tim Fox, was extremely courteous and took a great deal of time showing me various autos, a few of which I test drove.
