I have been leasing a Honda civic, and was nearing the end of my contract. I spoke with Tim Fox over the phone and he answered all of my questions and set me up with an appointment that week and was very end of my contract. From the moment I got there I felt very comfortable. In the past car dealerships have not been my favorite place, but he was extremely knowledgeable and very conscious of my budget. I have never purchased a car on my own before and was nervous about, it but after helping me pick out my new 2013 honda civic he referred me to the finance director. He was so helpful and gave me a great monthly plan and I couldn't be happier! My mom is a single mom and the entire experience was vey overwhelming to her so he and Tim were there to make sure she was comfortable with all the decisions and gave us all the time we needed! After finalizing with them, the sweetest blonde girl helped me figure out all the new technology In my car! I'm not tech savvy at all so that was a huge help to me. Over all, I've never had such a good experience in customer service, and I will be recommending Tim Fox and his coworkers to all of my friends and family! Ashley More

Both the Internet sales team Maureen Brazel and David Rucker were great up to the very end of the purchase. As like any business they have a sales, finance , accounting and service team / departments. Rucker were great up to the very end of the purchase. Only drawback I saw was that once the finance documents were signed, I was under the impression that I did not have to do anything further to get my official license tag. Only after further calls couple of weeks later, I found out that license tag work etc is done by accounting team. Once I found out I had no issues but some basic process and procedures would be good for new buyers especially if you are thinking of buying out of state as this can lead to delay in getting the license tag in time.
