Erin was very helpful in describing to me some work that was done to my car. It was hard for me to understand why the work needed done, but she was personable in explaining the damages that could be done to was done to my car. Victoria McCleave is selling me a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring 4WD. I am moving from Charlotte, NC to Reno, NV. My intention was to purchase my Pilot on moving to Reno, but Victoria changed that idea. No one at Reno's Honda dealership is showing any interest in selling me a Honda other giving me their card. My first contact with Victoria was a pleasant experience and she is staying in touch with me though I am in Reno, NV. I told her I would not purchase my Pilot until January, as I told the Reno sales person, when I arrive back in Charlotte. And, I was planning to purchase my Pilot in Charlotte, if I stay, or Reno, if I move. That did not deter Victoria. She is staying in touch with me with a happy-smile on the telephone and my email.
