Well it came time again to purchase a new Honda for my family, I recently moved to the charlotte area and after some research I took the plunge and stopped into Scott Clark Honda. I was greeted by a Scott Elsenheimer, and to my surprise he was very helpful, honest and pleasant, this took me by surprise as in the past, most car salesman treat me like I am wasting their time! I was immediately impressed with Scott's demeanor and overall pleasantness! He was very knowledgeable and was a no nonsense salesman, which was a very nice change of pace, he answered all my questions and concerns and was not pushy... at all!! I came back a few days later and was greeted and treated happily and helpful just like before. Scott made my decision to purchase a vehicle through Scott Clark Honda a simple one! It was an easy, simple and COMFORTABLE purchasing process, I am now a Scott Clark Honda consumer for the coming years! I highly recommend Scott Elsenheimer if your looking for a new or used Honda!!!!!! More
Jimmy was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being treated honestly with my issue/repair. He and another service technician worked cooperatively to solve my issue. When you look up Scott Clark Honda you get 4 sites, phone numbers,etc. Needs to be cleaned up with one site. No emails for employee's or managers are located on the sites to be able to communicate with anyone. More

I had an unusual need from any car I purchase: that I could fit a large musical instrument in it. Scott was extraordinarily patient with me as I looked at various models of cars with tape measure in han could fit a large musical instrument in it. When I needed a ride home from the dealership, Scott was kind enough to drive me in the dealership shuttle-car.
