We purchased a fully loaded Sienna mini-van at an earlier time through Scott Clarks and really said we would never come back after having the Tire Service thrown back in our face and denying it after we paid time through Scott Clarks and really said we would never come back after having the Tire Service thrown back in our face and denying it after we paid so much for it. Why? Because we didn't 1 of oil changes through them. Just 1. And they were very rude about the whole thing. Yes I understand there are stipulations that are signed. But we didn't live close and only missed 1 oil change with them. Others were made there. What does an oil change have to do with needing new tires under their tire policy anyway? That being said, that was years ago. We are now looking for a car for our 15 year old son. I search on their 10k and under site. There are two cars that I am interested in. Those two cars and basically only those two cars of my interest, say EPrice: Call for price". So I take time to call and get to a salesman finally. I give that person the Stock #'s of the two in question. DL says that he would like to get a visual on the cars before giving me the price and could he give me a call back in twenty or more minutes. I let him know that I am in a big hurry and that I don't really care for sure that they are on the site I just want the given prices of those stock numbers to get an idea. Well he can't but says that he can if I give him ten minutes. I give him a number to reach me on even though I don't get a good feeling he is going to call me back. While waiting I am on the website and the Chat window comes up so I try that. I reach William. I let William know that I called in but I was told it would take some time to get me a price. So I asked William "If I give you a stock number can you get me a price quickly?". He said OF COURSE I CAN! I give him the stock numbers I am interested in. He then asks me for my phone number and email address. I let him know that I gave the other person my contact information and to be quite honest that at this early point in searching that I would prefer not continually getting calls from multiple people from the same lot. I am purely just interested in the given price of the two stock numbers. After that I can talk it over and make arrangements at a later time if I am still interested. Keep in mind I out a fully loaded Van from them already (even though they don't know this). After telling him I prefer not to give my information at this point he proceeds to tell me the following (Taken directly from his chat window and includes my response): visitor 5:01 p.m. i prefer not to have so many different people contacting me at such an early stage of looking visitor 5:02 p.m. i prefer to reach out myself william 5:03 p.m. Ok. Not a problem. The sales reps currently have their hands full. I will make sure that they get back to you within the next couple of hours because I know you need to start weighing your options. Is that okay? visitor 5:03 p.m. actually no :) visitor 5:04 p.m. i was just telling you at the start that i was in a hurry visitor 5:04 p.m. and you said you could assist me From that point on I nicely let him know I appreciated him contacting me on Chat but I wish the process was more useful. Of course... I never received a call from DL letting me know the price and William was less than helpful when I asked not to give my contact information. You may ask why I wouldn't just give it, well... I just started my search for a car for my son and I have already had calls from multiple lots during my business hours. Just days after and getting call after call from different lots. I gave it to one salesperson that doesn't return calls as promised. The other sales person won't even give me a price when he said he would. Not a manager negotiated price. Just a price. Scott Clark just can't win my service. I guess some one who has spent over 50k already with them and looking to buy another just isn't enough. Even after getting treated really badly when I did purchase a high priced vehicle. More

I typically take months, if not years, to purchase a new car, however Mr. Alstyne was so very informative and professional that I actually walked in for an oil change on my 09 Honda and walked out with a ne car, however Mr. Alstyne was so very informative and professional that I actually walked in for an oil change on my 09 Honda and walked out with a new Honda LX. People who know me know this never happens. Between his salesmanship and your product, I was convinced and am now the happy owner of another new Honda. Thank you! More

I had planned to buy a 2008-2010 model, but Scott and his team worked with me to give me some extra value for my trade-in along with some financing options that helped get the price down and allowed me to leave that day in a new 2012 model. I added some features and signed up for the maintenance plan and looking forward to working with the Scott Clark Honda team again in the future. More
