**Update** I never received a call from Scott Clark dealership at all after waiting hours. I ended up calling in the car on the way home and speaking with a sales manager to discuss my problems with his team a the treatment I received from multiple people giving them the names of each. Keep in mind I had to call them though. He was very nice. once I explained myself he went into sales mode which is perfectly ok. Their jobs are to sale cars. But... he didn't want to seem to take my answer on why I didn't want a Camry until I went into full detail about how much I knew about the vehicles and the problems I had before. At that point he finally backed off the used Camry. I ended up thanking him for his time. But it was me who initiated that process. Not the dealership. Turns our also... the specific cars that I was calling about. We placed in the wrong section of the page and shouldn't have been in the 10k range. So really... it took me over 2 hours of my personal work and frustration just to get the listed price of 2 vehicles on their webpage that said "Call for price". Still stand by that it was a terrible experience and anybody that would want to say different or remove my post from this site for lack of response for proof. Just think about the time it took me to write all this (even though it didn't hold it's formatting). Randy Threatt, thank you for monitoring this site for upset customers. It is commendable and I really appreciate your attempt, but in this scenario I think winning a customer back from such a bad experience on multiple accounts is about 100 times more difficult then having a decent staff that treats EVERY customer that reaches out to the them like they are holding the golden ticket! Because in this day and time... a purchaser of a car of any size is a huge thing! As far as me explaining what happened to yet another manager. I don't think it is needed. I have given an overall gist of my experience here and mentioned names when names needed to be mentioned. I Also took the time to speak to the Sales Manager who apologized and immediately went into another sales ploy without even giving me the price of the two original cars until I pushed the point. To then find out my hours of trying to find a price were in vain because they were placed in the 10K area to find out they were in the 15k range (more than I plan on spending on my now 16 years olds first car). Thanks and good luck. Sounds like people really enjoy the Scott Clark car family in Charlotte seeing you have about 1 of every brand. But me... I have had multiple run in's even when purchasing an expensive vehicle that will not sway me again of trying to come back. I just tried that which resulted in this long diatribe. Again... I do appreciate your time in reading.
