Because I just purchased my 10th.vehicle at Scott Chevrolet. Speaking only of my last two sales persons,which were Mike Grogan and now Brian Mondschein who both are 2nd. to none to anyone in this profession.Brian is the chip off the old block of Mike.Meaning that I deal with Brian in the same way I dealt w/Mike.....Like after I purchased my 1st.Hummer 11,I never had to come to Scotts to purchase my next THREE Hummers,because I ordered them over the phone and Mike knew exactly what I wanted and would order the Hummer's for me with never having to come to the dealership. Now Brian is the same way Very Sharp,Courteous and Professional when it came to helping me get my next Cadillac Escallade without coming to the dealership.Why ? Because Brian knew what I wanted except for the color and last two purchases were done by phone. All of the above that I mentioned about Brian,Brian is also a Gentleman and an Asset to the Scott Dealership. Mentioning Last which I should have mentioned 1st.was that Scott always rolled out "The Red Carpet"for me and my wife and Brian always see's to that..... Never thought I would buy a new truck Went to the dealership to just look, even told them I'm not buying a truck today. Nothing you say will make me. I believe they wanted to sell a truck (obviously) but I also truly believe they wanted me to want the truck not just make a sale. Dawn took time for me to look at 3-4 different trucks, drive whatever I wanted with no rushing no pushing. Tony cameo utt talked to me and made a deal we were both happy with.
