Battery replacement Brought in my car at the end of the day because my battery had to be jumped when I left work and the service person who jump started my car said I nee Brought in my car at the end of the day because my battery had to be jumped when I left work and the service person who jump started my car said I needed to take it to a shop to have the battery replaced. Scott's service hours, previous service done there and location near me made the choice easy for me. Even though I got there 20 minutes before closing, they evaluated my car and determined what needed to be done and advised me of the cost and time needed for the repair. Since the work could only be done the next day, I was given a loaner for my use until my vehicle was repaired. Everyone was helpful and courteous. More
