He answered my inquiries promptly and kept in touch with me to make sure I was still interested in the truck but not in a pushy or badgering way. On the day of purchase Neil met us when we arrived and then handed us off to Franklin. Franklin was very professional but also laid back and friendly and walked us through the sale. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased/leased from a dealer and this was by far the quickest and easiest purchase yet. Both Franklin and the guy from the credit department offered us several options to purchase for the vehicle only one of which we purchased (the xzilon treatment). When we said no to the other offered services, that was the end of it, they didn't push us to buy and bump up the sale price. Overall it was a great experience with a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also the truck I purchased was immaculate inside and out and so far am very pleased with it. More

In fact a family member leases a New CX5 Grand Touring in December we were so pleased we went back a few days later and leased a second CX5 Grand Touring from Charlie Charlie was fantastic! We were never told that the car only came with one key (other original key did not arrive at dealership with car). We would not have made the purchase if salesman Steve W had disclosed that one key was missing. When we picked up the car, salesman was proud to point out that the car came with half a tank of gas. Half a tank for an $18K purchase when gas is $2/gallon? This is amateur league stuff. When I spoke to him about it later I was told that "new cars get a full tank and pre-owned cars get half a tank". This rubbed me the wrong way. I am sorry to leave a negative review, but I cannot recommend this dealership. More

SHADY USED CAR SALESMAN OR NEW CAR DEALER??? I answered an AutoTrader online ad for a car that they had in stock. I was looking at a 2012 Mercedes_Benz C300 Sport that they had in stock. I assume I answered an AutoTrader online ad for a car that they had in stock. I was looking at a 2012 Mercedes_Benz C300 Sport that they had in stock. I assumed the car came from a customer who had purchased a new car from them. They said that the car was there and that it was in great condition. So, I took them at their word and paid a mechanic to travel and check the car over. They reluctantly agreed to allow him to observe the car on a lift at which point the front end accident and damage became obvious. In addition, the car reeked of cigarettes when the air was turned on and had cigarette ash burns on the armrest. They claimed to have no knowledge of these issues. I told them that as a respectable new car dealer it was incumbent upon them to turn the damaged vehicle over to auction. They claimed the car was purchased at auction and lowered the price $500.00. I find this behavior from a franchised new car dealer to be REPREHENSIBLE, these people are nothing but shady used car salespeople and should be ashamed of themselves. A franchised dealership should not be buying cars from auction. They are at the auction for a reason, they're damaged. A new car dealership should hold themselves to a higher standard and the public should expect this higher standard. That's why we visit and pay a little more. I will never set foot in this place again. Thanks for wasting my time and money!!! More
poor service I had my car in for service. Kenny the service center man who worked on my car said I needed a new transmission and control module. He could not tell I had my car in for service. He said it would cost almost $6000. he tried talking me into a new car since $6000 is more than my car is worth 100,000 mi 2008 Mazda 3. I knew then that he was trying to take advantage of me. I made arrangements to have the transmission repaired elsewhere. When I picked up my car today my windshield was cracked. They replaced my windshield wipers because of a recall from 2011 and didn't mention it to me. They know they cracked my windshield and they did not replace it or admit to it. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Not a shred of decency in these people. More
