My daughter relocated into the area and needed a vehicle, she had previously leased a CX-5 while living in north Jersey and loved it, so it was an easy choice for her to decide on another CX-5. Purchased a 2024 CX-5 preferred trim. Very happy with the total experience. Sales person was Pete Byrnes who was excellent. Managed to get a deal a little below MSRP with little haggle. Finance portion was quick since we paid cash but Mazda is offering a tempting 2.9% rate for 36 months. They gave us a fair price for our 2013 CRV in trade. Pete took time to explain all new electronics in the CX-5 and made sure we felt comfortable in vehicle before we left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

I picked up a brand new CX50 here a few weeks ago. I worked out an “all in, out the door” price with the salesman, Ryan Calvert. I was already paying more than I should because I wanted something spec I worked out an “all in, out the door” price with the salesman, Ryan Calvert. I was already paying more than I should because I wanted something specific that is quite rare and they had it on the lot. We made a deal and shook hands and it wasn’t until I signed all the papers and tried to check out that I was hit with $320 in hidden fees that were not disclosed to me. No apologies, no nothing. They just snuck it right in there. I told them I refused to pay it on principle but they wouldn’t budge. I had already moved all my things out of my trade in and I had places to be so I let it slide. In retrospect I should have just walked out of there. This is an unethical business practice. To rub salt in the wound I got an email from the “owner” asking about my experience. I told him everything I’m writing in this review only to find it was an auto generated email and nobody has replied back to me. Then when my plates came in they had the audacity to try to charge me another $12 to mail them to my house. Petty. Overall this was not a positive experience and I would not recommend anyone visit this place. I have text exchanges and receipts to document this. I’m sure I’ll get a generic copy and paste response from the “manager” telling me to call and blah blah blah but I’m sure it’ll all fall on deaf ears. More
I was in touch with one of the salesmen about a car, he would call me every day asking when I would come in to see it. We finally arranged a time that worked for the both of us. When I came in, I was told that the car was already sold. No one contacted me telling me not to come in, they didn't have any respect for my time. I wonder if they just wanted to try to get me to buy a different car when I came in which is not being honest. I was clear that I'm a busy man and didn't have time for games. The salesman that I had dealt with on the phone didn't even have the decency to apologize. Rather he had his colleague come to tell me that the car that I was there to see was already sold and to see if I wanted to look at other cars they had in stock. I'm not happy with the way that I was treated. They Didn't care about wasting my time. More

So when another driver ran a stop sign and hit the side of our car that our 3-month-old baby was on, and every one walked away from the accident, we went back to Elvin for another Mazda.
