Sales team was great when I purchased my vehicle. Service department however, not so great. My car has been back to Mazda 3 times, 2 times for regular oil changes and once for a noise. 2 of the 3 tim Service department however, not so great. My car has been back to Mazda 3 times, 2 times for regular oil changes and once for a noise. 2 of the 3 times I have had an an awful experience with the desk staff. I unfortunately did not get a name but there was a younger blonde girl at the desk who tried to charge me $130 (that's crazy in general, I would rather void my lifetime warranty)for my scheduled oil change, when the online price was listed for $89. When I brought it to her attention that the website price says something different she was extremely rude about it. They also do not listen to any notes you ask them to make in your file and the complimentary exterior *hand* wash looks like a 5 year old poured water on my car and then wiped it with a towel. More

For 3 years since buying my used Mazda 6 here , it's the only place I get the car serviced....I drive down from north jersey every couple of months to have it serviced here....always been honest , decent pe only place I get the car serviced....I drive down from north jersey every couple of months to have it serviced here....always been honest , decent people in service department even though the faces have changed...I wouldn't travel from mahwah to Shrewsbury just for routine maintenance and oil changes if I didn't fully trust the service personnel....ill let everyone know if this ever changes! More

This dealership is first class from when you first walk in to purchase a vehicle to the first visit to the service department. Everyone is friendly. My salesman Joe was awesome and Eric in the service depa in to purchase a vehicle to the first visit to the service department. Everyone is friendly. My salesman Joe was awesome and Eric in the service department keeps you informed while you are in for the service. Was also very impressed with the video inspection of the vehicle. Was looking to trade in my wifes older vehicle for a newer Model. As I never did a trade in before I had my doubts if I was going to get a good value. After Speaking with Sean about my options for my tr newer Model. As I never did a trade in before I had my doubts if I was going to get a good value. After Speaking with Sean about my options for my trade in I was no longer doubtful. Next day drove to Dealership met with Neil, Elvin, and Jimmy since Sean was off. From minute my wife and I walked in we were treated as family. Elvin took the time showed us a vehicle we were interested in and explained all the functions of the vehicle. We then took it out for a test drive and upon returning met with Elvin and Jim again. We informed hem we were interested in this 2019 Mazda CX-5. they already had the paperwork in motion for my trade in and started the process for my new purchase. My wife and I were very surprised as we were not expecting to take the new car home that night. Lastly we then met with Andre who went over all the financing and vehicle warranties. My wife and I never experienced this at any other dealership in the past, so this was truly amazing. The entire staff that helped us were very knowledgeable, and caring. It felt more like we with family than at a dealership. NOT ONCE did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of or being pressured to purchase a car. Because of this experience and staff we will be a loyal customer to Schwartz Mazda for life. More

As I stated in another review I was a returning customer and I was over charged for my purchase which was above MSRP. Now I could have walked but I was kinda in a bind however being a returning customer I f and I was over charged for my purchase which was above MSRP. Now I could have walked but I was kinda in a bind however being a returning customer I figured I would get a decent deal but that was not the case. Outside of that the service has be good until my last service. I explained that the car was losing oil somewhere which is the second time I reported this. They service person explained they had a fix and had to prefer parts which was a good thing however I stated when I brought it in that it was down a quart and after I had left the low oil level warning came on. I called the service department and explained the situation and they had informed me it was fine becuae it would be changed as part of the warranty service when the parts came in but again they had me leave without topping off the oil and didn’t want coaling the oil change wasn’t done till I had called back. More

I took my car in for a routine oil change and service. When I picked up my car the tire pressure sensing system was malfunctioning, the alignment was off, and the car was shaking violently. When I called When I picked up my car the tire pressure sensing system was malfunctioning, the alignment was off, and the car was shaking violently. When I called the service department for them to fix this, they suggested it was my fault. After demanding they fix their mistakes, they rotated my tires back to their original places. This is where they "discovered" my back tires have cupping which during the initial service was never addressed. They did fix the tire pressure sensor, however my alignment is still off, car still pulls to the right, and there is a loud noise. I am taking my car to a different Mazda dealership for repair. The staff were unprofessional and insinuated multiple times these issues were my fault. Now my car drives horribly and all they needed to do was an oil change. More
