They have a recall on my 2022 Volvo XC60. I called on March 3 and said I wanted the Valet service, a charge of $40, and an appointment for April 5 at 10 am to pick up my car. I got an email o I called on March 3 and said I wanted the Valet service, a charge of $40, and an appointment for April 5 at 10 am to pick up my car. I got an email on March 30 that I had an appointment to bring my car to the dealership on April 5 at 10 am. I called and left a message and Alex called me the next morning saying they could not do Valet service and I had to bring my car to the dealership, but it would probably not take long for them to check out the recall problem. I said I would not be coming on April 5 and would take care off it another time. I have since gotten another email about my appointment. Though Alex was nice I fine this to be poor service More
I was greeted by Christian and remade some choices to service my vehicle. the car was ready by mid morning and I was directed to a sales manager who assisted me with some of the features of this very sma service my vehicle. the car was ready by mid morning and I was directed to a sales manager who assisted me with some of the features of this very smart car that I was not utilizing. I don't give bad reviews often but WOW. This dealership, specifically their service department, has real issues. I called to have the ac repaired on my lease. On the phone, the rep told me to bring it in wi specifically their service department, has real issues. I called to have the ac repaired on my lease. On the phone, the rep told me to bring it in without an appointment since this is a emergency. When I arrived, the service writer asked why I was there without an appointment. He then tells me it's too cold to work on the AC and he's short an ac tech. He also told me they do not have loaner vehicles. When I said wow and that this was unacceptable, he turned and walked away. He left me sitting there for about 10 minutes and when I went back to ask where we stood, he said he walked away because I cursed at him. That simply isn't true. After ignoring me for a while, he says "we're done and walks away again. This dealership is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Go to Gunther in Delray where they actually care about their customers. More
