Tony and his Service Department have always given me the best, most efficient and most productive serve any customer could ask for. My most recent experience with Tony and the Suburban Volvo Service Department was this morning, when I brought my Volvo C70 car in with 2 flats (hit a pothole in the rain), and by mid-morning I had two brand-new tires, that had been balanced and aligned perfectly, and a shiny (car washed) car, all compliments of Suburban Volvo. Tony had arranged for my being driven to work, picked up at work and brought to the Dealership when my car was ready, and sent on my way, with a fully repaired car,all done in a matter of a few hours. That's why I am so pleased with Suburban Volvo's Service Department and Tony Santucci in particular. More

Yovonne Felix went the extra mile to call and keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and, because of inclement weather, offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle over night and pick up my car the next day.
