Far Exceeded My Expectations My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Florida when the air conditioning in her 2003 XC90 stopped cooling enough that the car got uncomfortably My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Florida when the air conditioning in her 2003 XC90 stopped cooling enough that the car got uncomfortably warm. We drove in with no appointment and were taken care of by Service Consultant, Marc Friedman. He made sure we were comfortable, got our car into service almost immediately, and even offered a loaner if we needed to leave. The problem could not be diagnosed without a longer stay, so the cooling system was recharged so that we could be on our way. They even washed the car! Today, 6 days later we are back home and it's still cooling great, but we will followup with our local dealer. Thanks for great service!! More
