The sales experience was somewhat difficult, but in the end, the team did their best to meet our needs. I'm disappointed in the service that I received following the sale. Before making a long car trip, we brought the car to the dealership for a service check up. We were assured that everything was checked over and working properly. So, when the navigation system malfunctioned at the start of the northeast corridor we were surprised and disappointed. We navigated from Richmond VA to Long Island, NY with the aid of our smartphones and google maps. Not the experience we were expecting in our new car. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that there was an update for the navigation system that could be installed upon my return. Why was this not taken care of the previous week? It was an oversight and created a very difficult and possibly dangerous situation for my family. More

You need to review your prices if you want your customers to buy from you. I would not mind paying a little extra but your price is way out of line. Waiting room, TV, coffee, snacks a nice touch. Pleasant Sales Experience Dealing with Joel and General Sales Manager, Lou, were good interactions despite it being a holiday weekend (Memorial Day). They were straight forward interacting with us and we knew where the negotiations stood at all times. That is the pleasant end to the scenario. We originally came to the dealership to service our 2012 XC60 for 45K service and after the AC began to put out hot air and making 'noise' the previous Sunday. The earliest appointment we could be provided was Friday at 9:30. When dropping off the vehicle we were told AC diagnostics, which took 2 hours, would be required. And perhaps the vehicle would need to remain over the holiday weekend. Regardless we expected to hear back from the service person on Friday with the cost estimation for repair and when the repair may be completed. But when Darwin failed to contact us we went to the dealership on Saturday for answers on the repair costs. Fortunately Lou saw us and introduced us to Erick (in service) who eventually found the technician notes on the AC repair and approximated our out of pocket expense. He suggested alternatives to repair and introduced us to Joel Capaz, Sales Person. We found a recently traded 1 year new XC90 with reasonable mileage and as noted earlier the rest is "history". More

First Service for my Previously Owned 2012 Volvo XC60 I took my 2012 previously owned Volvo XC60 into the new Palm Beach Volvo showroom, for the first service since purchase. I had several service issues I took my 2012 previously owned Volvo XC60 into the new Palm Beach Volvo showroom, for the first service since purchase. I had several service issues that I wanted to have addressed. I was overwhelmed by the friendly approach of the Service Advisor (Darwin Perez) and the Sales Manager (Lou Macdaid) when I described what my concerned were.. They addressed all my concerns, going way beyond what I would have considered adequate. The service experience was truly exceptional in every way. Our entire experience was extraordinary, from the time we walked into the showroom until we drove out with service completed. I will definitely continue to depend on this dealership for all my automotive needs in the future, and will recommend them to my friends. More
