No appointment work done and out! I was having some unusual car messages and when I called Chirs told me to drop by and get the issue checked which I did the next day as convenient fo I was having some unusual car messages and when I called Chirs told me to drop by and get the issue checked which I did the next day as convenient for me but no appointment. Chris looked into the issue with his team who discovered the culprit while I was in the lounge and with my permission the mechanics replaced the part ( car was somewhat apart at that time) and an hour later the car was ready ahead of schedule. Superior Volvo service I reside in Stuart and leased two SC60's from Wallace over 6 years. My latest lease service was dismal. My phone calls regarding tech issues were not returned. I called Schumacher Volvo,explained my concern with the check engine light, Mr. Chris Pineda explained everything. He arranged for an immediate auto check the next day. My car was serviced ,the part replaced and they professionally detailed my vehicle and told me that is standard procedure. The showroom and lounge are tastefully decorated and private. Mr Pineda and staff are courteous, professional and motivated.
