Pleasant Service Recall Experience I took my Volvo XC 40 to the dealership regarding a service recall. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service advisor, Eric Riviera. He immediately k I took my Volvo XC 40 to the dealership regarding a service recall. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service advisor, Eric Riviera. He immediately knew what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. The wait time was convenient and he constantly communicated with me regarding the update of the job. He was pleasant and courteous and acted very professionally.  Overall, my experience was pleasant. Much kudos to Mr. Riviera for his excellent customer service. More

Timely Service and More Was in for regular scheduled maintenance (10,000 mile) Alex and the service crew noticed a small leak from a screw in my front tire, they were able to Was in for regular scheduled maintenance (10,000 mile) Alex and the service crew noticed a small leak from a screw in my front tire, they were able to patch it and still delivered the completed tasks in the original promised time! Alex also reached out to Volvo for a warranty issue with my wife's key and was able to get that done within 2 days! More
