Poor communications I recently had my 2017 Volvo serviced at the West Palm Beach Location. The check in was done quickly, as I was already in their system and I had set u I recently had my 2017 Volvo serviced at the West Palm Beach Location. The check in was done quickly, as I was already in their system and I had set up the service appointment on line. I left my car overnight for some warranty repairs, a factory recall, and oil change. The following morning the service advisor sent me a picture of a severely worn front tire - dangerous - with the cords exposed. I requested an estimate of the repair/replacement costs. Over the next 3.5 hours, I called and texted him 4 times. I even left a message for the service manager, but never heard back. Finally I got a response, but had already ordered the tires/alignment from Firestone for that day (much cheaper price by the way). The service advisor was to show me why a door cover piece was not broken, as he initially demonstrated. However, when I picked up the vehicle, no one seemed to know about this. Driving away, the saw that the "NEED SERVICE" light was still on and the windshield sticker reminder for the next service hadn't been changed. Rather than go back to the dealership, I went on line to learn how to reset the service light indicator. To summarized, this service was sub par and in these times I would have expected a much better experience. The customer should not need to do an indicator warning reset. More
